Graeme sent a message and said they were eating the calf pellets. I have been hunting this block for over 20 years but did not make it there last year. It is one of those blocks that draw in birds from neighbouring areas. Nature loves a vacuum.
I brought Kevin along. He came out once a couple of years ago and is really keen on wild meat. We shot 37 peafowl in one, small group of trees. That was enough for the night. We'll be back soon.
