It had been at least 10 years since we were at this block. Blair heard there were lots of birds there. Blair, Shane and I went for a hunt. There were a couple of birds in a couple of places. It was not worth the effort. We had a good walk though.
After that many years, there should have been a lot more birds around. It was clear they had been controlling them. It is not our role to cull when most of the work had been done already.
