A couple of weeks ago, Steve, Trish and I went for a tarakihi mission. It was Trish's first time using electrics and here is the video:
Yesterday, we were going deep for bluenose. We got over the Whakatane bar and realised we were not going to White Island. The sea was sloppy. We got to 10 Mile and there was no sign. Steve decided to take us to an old snapper spot at about 40 m. It was slow but we managed three limits and some kahawai. It was still a great day to be on the water. Trish, of course, caught the most and the biggest snapper of the day.
